EXCHANGE UNITS:- For items that carry a surcharge, ie Shock absorbers etc a deposit will be charged. This is refundable when the item/s is returned in a REUSABLE , CLEAN condition within 28 working days from Receipt. Please Enclose Invoice Number with Returned Goods.
RETURNED ITEMS:- All returned items must be returned within 10 days with invoice number - A 20% handling charge will apply - Electrical items may not be returned unless faulty but will have to be checked before item is credited - Special order items cannot be returned for credit .
